You hear some horror stories about builders falling out with their clients, but this could not be more opposite to our experience. Communication was key throughout the entire build; Ryan kept us informed every step of the way. And we developed a great relationship with him throughout the build. Everyone in the Locspec team also worked well together, and had great relationships with one another, creating a positive environment for our build.

His patience, humour and easy personality had a way of making “the complicated”, easy to understand, and over the 3 months of our renovation, we always felt very confident that any queries or concerns were understood and promptly addressed.

As we all know, builds can get out of control. If there was going to be any variation no matter how big or small, Ryan would discuss which I really appreciated and the communication was excellent.

The workmanship was second to none, we are so happy with the extension. It actually looks like it was always apart of our house which is amazing!
